I have updated the new amounts for everyone for their room and board. Margie has sent me the new updated treasury report which is reflected by the thermomters' on the right - so get to sending and see it climb!!
James B and crew are also planning on coming up for Thanksgiving - Wha-hoo! That's awesome!
We still plan on telling the kids on New Years Eve about DW!

The Rules and Regulations
- Contest open to current family members only
- T-shirt designs may be graphics, text, or a combination of the two
- Completed designs can be sent in .JPG format to email@example.com for uploading to the website: http://honeyburginreunion2012.blogspot.com/
- Design specs can be found here: http://www.zazzle.com/custom/guidefiles#shirt
- All entries must be accompanied by a signed release found on page 3
- Designs may not contain any other copyrighted images or phrases.
- The contest ends at midnight on, November 11, 2011 along with the balance of your rental deposit
- Design must contain one or both of the following on the front or back of the shirt:
- Must be based on the family reunion theme: “The _________ in our Family keep us together” (Fill in the word that best describes what keeps the family together)
- HONEY-BURGIN REUNION 2012 (OR YOUR CHOICE OF FORM THERE-OF)
COLOR: T-shirts must be color coordinated for the main family tree, and each branch of the tree a different color.
Decision: The decision will be made by people we invite to view our website. Each family will vote for their choice. Each family will then ask people outside of the family to go to the website and view the different designs and submit their choice for winner via comments on the web page.
The more people your family can get to view the website t-shirt designs, the better your chances to win! The two tallies will be added together to choose the winner.
Winner gets to be the "Royal Family for the Day"
NO cooking , or cleaning/working , You will be waited on hand and foot for the whole day! Back rubs, foot rubs, you name it, you get it (on condition that there is nothing legally, morally, or ethically wrong with the request).
Read, Sleep or Play it's up to you.
You won't even have to deal with the kids, (if you have any).

I think we should have quick hearty breakfast's for the day's when we will be out. I found out that we can pack a cooler to take into DW with lunch stuff as long as the cooler is not on wheels and it is less than 24" long x 15" wide x 18" high. So we can pack lunch with us and snacks in a backpack. I figure if dad's in a wheel chair we can hang the cooler off the back of the chair, we'll see.
I am not sure how many day's we will be "out". But my family will take a day when we stick around at the house, we will have a great "brunch" after sleeping in, a light snacking lunch and a great dinner.

As Mom (Debbie - will be using first names so that we all know who it is we are talking about) has suggested I am updating with the information that we have as of now.
Date: We are looking at July 24th - July 30 which is a Tues through Monday I figure it might be cheaper flights for everyone who is flying vs a weekend - weekend.
Place: We are thinking about renting a private home, which would have a private pool and gathering places as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Save money by cooking our own food.
Debbie has suggested we set up committees to deal with all of the aspects for this family reunion.
Head Chair Person - Debbie
Finance Subcommittee - Margaret has BEEN volunteered.
Food Subcommittee - Sharon
Activities Subcommittee - ?
I think this one is pretty self explanitory about activities to do in Orlando, but I guess it wouldn't hurt for someone to be in charge of it.
Communtication Subcommittee - Sharon (blog) everyone else through email
Photography Subcommittee - again - Margaret has BEEN volunteered, but make sure we all bring cameras.
Accommotation Subcommittee - ?
Sharon has provided information already about a private home rental company, but we can decide later. Kenney and Heather can provide Onsite Evaluations.
Welcoming Commmittee - Heather/Kenney have been volunteered.
